  • Unfortunately we cannot offer a
    refund on sales, however, we would
    be happy to exchange your products
    or offer you a store credit.         
  • All exchanges and store credits
    require a receipt - no exceptions.
  • Cancelled classes or parties are
    subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Registration deposits are non-
    refundable if cancelled by student.
  • Confirmation of class registration is
    done by paying for class.
  • Children are not to be left
    unattended in the store or the
    studio.  
  • Children under the age of 8 must
    have an adult present in the studio
    or store during classes.  (An adult
    must accompany all party groups.)
  • The store reserves the right to
    dismiss anyone whose behavior is
    abusive, belligerent or unsafe to
    others (no refund will be provided).
  • The store reserves the right to
    dismiss anyone who is loitering in
    the facility.
  • Anyone who requests ad-hoc design
    advise beyond what we consider to
    be a reasonable amount of time (15
    minutes or less) will be charged a
    $15 fee for the following 45 minutes.
    $15/hour for any other subsequent
    hour.
  • The store does not provide picture
    taking services during Parties.
  • Pottery Students are to purchase
    clay from the Bead Store.  We will all
    use the same clay to ensure that all
    work fired will be suited for the
    same firing.  Clay cannot be brought
    into the studio that has been
    purchased elsewhere.   At this time
    we cannot fire clay pieces in our
    kilns that are not made from our
    studio clay and made during a class
    or Open Studio time.
Frequently Asked Questions...

Q-I like beads and I buy beaded necklaces,
but I don't want to make my own, do you
offer a stringing service?
A-Yes we do!  Come in and pick out your
beads and we can design and string your
necklace. Cost is $20 an hour.

Q-Do you offer a design service for Proms,
Weddings or gifts?
A-Yes!!  We can help you co-ordinate beads
to your outfits and help you string them or
we can design unique jewellery for your
special occasion. Cost is $25 an hour.
